Yes, you can return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping returns out of Thunder Bay are paid by the customer. Lux will provide you with a refund once the product has been returned. No returns can be made on custom embroidery unless there is an obvious defect or error.
