Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, drive sales and provide excellent customer service and knowledge of products
• Assist in managing inventory
• Assist in creating marketing posts for social media: Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist with pop ups at markets in and around Thunder Bay Area .

Requirements:

• Experience in retail/sales/customer service - not mandatory but ideal
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with computer software
• Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies - increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage and create content for Lux Scrubs social media platforms, website and email campaigns
• Collaborate with sales team
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows and partnerships to enhance brand visibility
• Develop marketing materials: including advertisements, digital content and brochures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. (Students welcome to apply)
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably retail/fashion
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker, strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Ability to work independent and give direction clear and respectfully
